Plain-language terms for buying products and commissioning custom work from JMR Innovations.
Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or no longer producible.
Quotes & custom work
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Custom projects may require a deposit before production. Significant changes to scope, materials or dimensions after approval may change the price and timeline.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of designs you supply and confirm you have the right to have them produced. JMR retains rights to its own product designs, models and photography.
Use & liability
Products are sold for their intended use. JMR is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification of parts after delivery.
