We only collect what's needed to build your order, ship it, and answer your questions.
What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone), order and shipping information, custom project descriptions, and any files you upload such as photos, drawings or 3D models.
How it's used
To quote and produce your work, process orders, ship items, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional shop updates.
Files and designs
Uploaded project files are stored privately and are visible only to JMR staff. We do not sell, share or publish your designs. Finished builds are only shown in the project showcase with your permission.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or contact the shop to request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you.
