Returns & Warranty
If something arrives wrong or doesn't hold up the way it should, we'll make it right.
Standard products
Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Custom & personalized items
Custom builds, personalized signs and made-to-order parts are not returnable, since they're built for one specific job. Approve your proof and specs carefully before production starts.
Damage in transit
Report shipping damage within 5 days with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund.
Workmanship warranty
Welds, prints and finishes are warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months under normal use. Normal wear, abuse, modification and corrosion from improper installation are not covered.
